overview of how order fulfillment services work:

Pricing and Services Review: Once you have received and

reviewed the fulfillment pricing structure and services offered, be

sure to ask questions to make sure absolutely everything is covered.

Notifying Verde You Want to Start: The next step is you need to let

us know that you want to get started with our order fulfillment services.

You can let us know via email or phone call. At this point, our team

will go through step by step on the phone or via web call with

everything that we need from you to get up and running

System Set-Up: This is where being really detail-oriented is a bonus.

We will request information on all of your products (SKUs), such as UPCs, dimensions, weight, etc. of every single item. Having this information organized ahead of time makes this step go fast and easy. During this phase, we will also discuss how you like your orders packaged, methods of shipment, any special care needed, product returns management, and other items to make sure your brand is set up for success from the start and your expectations will be met.

Integrations: If we are integrating your shopping cart, accounting

system, ERP or EDI system into our cloud-based system, this is the next

phase. Our IT team makes this quick and simple for you. Most

integrations of major shopping carts only take a few minutes to connect

Getting Your Inventory To Verde: We are able to help you with

shipping your inventory to our facility directly, or you can have your supplier ship them to us. We can help any step of the way and properly guide you if you have never done this before, after all, this is what we do every day.

Receiving Your Inventory: Once your inventory arrives at our facility, we begin the receiving process. This is real-time and you can see this happening live in our system, as our Receiving Teams begin counting and staging your inventory to get ready for picking and packing your orders. Any quality control, missing barcodes, tags, etc. are addressed with you immediately. Our goal is to get your inventory received quickly so you can start selling!

Order Processing: After the inventory is received and staged for picking, your orders begin flowing into our system from your shopping cart. Our

teams begin picking and packing your orders the same day they come into our system, all with your own custom-branded packing list.

Shipping Your Orders: Once the picking and packing begin, your orders quickly begin shipping. Our system can automatically choose the Best Rate for your package based on your own requirements, or ship your orders according to how your customers choose from your shopping cart.

The best part is Verde maintains a Top Tier Shipping Discount from the freight carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.), and is able to pass the savings on to you. These rates are highly discounted for you to take advantage of.

Tracking: As each order is shipped for your customers, the tracking information is immediately written back into your shopping cart (or any system for that matter). Your customers will be happy to see their orders processed quickly and on their way to them!
