Our process

How a DTC brand moves its fulfillment to Fulfillment EZ

The documented steps we follow with every new client — the data we review, the workflow we build and how we keep improving it.

Racked inventory inside the Fulfillment EZ warehouse in Carson, California

The starting point

Many brands come to us after packing orders themselves or working with a 3PL that bills in opaque bundles. Our goal is a clear, traceable operation with pricing you can understand line by line.

We run every account around one warehouse in Carson, CA, transparent line-item pricing and our Fulfillment WMS technology — so every order, unit and shipping label is traceable in real time.

The onboarding steps

Discovery

We review your order history, SKU count, average items per order, packaging requirements and seasonality, then prepare line-item pricing.

Onboarding

Sales channels are connected to our Fulfillment WMS technology, the SKU catalog is imported with barcodes, and packaging and insert rules are documented in the pick workflow.

Inbound receiving

Inventory arrives at our Carson, CA loading dock, is scanned against your advance shipping notice and put away in secure caged storage, with lot and expiration tracking when needed.

Live orders

Orders flow into the warehouse, are picked and packed under barcode control, and ship the same day when received before the 1:00 PM PT cutoff.

Ongoing review

Your account manager reviews packaging, order accuracy and shipping options with you, and workflow changes are made as soon as you request them.
