Customer portal accounts additionally store order, inventory and shipment records associated with your business.

We use your information to respond to quote requests, prepare pricing, onboard your account, operate fulfillment services and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We share limited information with providers that help us operate: shipping carriers, our hosting and email providers, and the eCommerce platforms you ask us to connect. Each receives only what is needed to perform its role.
Retention and deletion
Quote inquiries are retained while we are in active discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards. Operational records are retained as required for accounting, carrier claims and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage required to remember your interface preferences, such as light or dark mode.
