How quickly can you onboard?
Same-day onboarding is available — connect your store, map your SKU catalog and packaging rules, and ship live orders the day you sign up. For brands with larger catalogs or EDI requirements, onboarding runs in parallel and most are live within 5–10 business days. We connect your integration on day one and configure SKUs while your inventory is in transit, then run a test order batch before go-live.
Do you integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Shopify is a native one-click integration. Orders stream to the warehouse in real time and tracking numbers plus fulfillment status write back to Shopify automatically, so your customers get notified without any manual work.
Do you handle Amazon FBA prep?
We do full FBA prep: FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, bubble wrap, carton compliance and forwarding to any fulfillment center. We also support Seller Fulfilled Prime and Amazon Shipping for MFN orders.
Is inventory updated in real time?
Every scan event updates your inventory instantly at bin level. Available-to-sell quantities push back to each connected sales channel so you avoid overselling across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide. We ship DDP or DDU through DHL, UPS, FedEx and postal consolidators, generate customs documentation automatically, and can advise on duty-optimized routing for your top destination markets.
