Local Delivery With Our Own Truck Fleet

Same-day and next-day local delivery across Southern California with our own truck fleet — no carrier handoff, live driver tracking, and scheduled or route-based drops.

Fulfillment EZ runs its own trucks. That means local Southern California orders never enter a national parcel network at all — they leave our dock on a Fulfillment EZ vehicle and arrive the same day or the next morning, at a lower cost per order and with a delivery experience your customers associate with your brand rather than a carrier.

  • Company-owned truck fleet — no third-party carrier handoff
  • Same-day and next-day delivery across Southern California
  • Flat local rates that beat expedited parcel on heavy or bulky orders
  • Live driver tracking, delivery photos and signature capture

Why owning the fleet changes the math

A parcel carrier prices your local order the same way it prices a cross-country one: by weight, dimension and service level, then adds fuel, residential and peak surcharges. On a heavy or oversized item moving fifty miles, that pricing has almost nothing to do with the actual cost of the trip.

Because we own the trucks and build the routes, local deliveries are priced per stop instead of per pound. Heavy, bulky, fragile and multi-box orders — exactly the ones parcel networks punish hardest — become the cheapest and most reliable part of your shipping mix.

  • Per-stop pricing instead of weight and dimensional pricing
  • No fuel, residential, oversize or peak-season surcharges
  • Fewer touches, so far fewer damage claims on fragile goods
  • Delivery exceptions resolved by our dispatcher, not a call center

Same-day and scheduled delivery windows

Orders released by our afternoon cutoff go out on the same day's route. Customers who need a specific window — apartment buildings, businesses with receiving hours, high-value items requiring someone present — can be routed to a scheduled morning or afternoon slot instead.

Every stop is dispatched from the same WMS that picked the order, so the delivery status your customer sees is the same status your team sees, with no gap between the warehouse and the road.

  • Same-day routes for orders released before the afternoon cutoff
  • Next-morning delivery for late-cutoff and scheduled orders
  • Two-hour appointment windows available for high-value drops
  • Recurring route stops for wholesale, pop-up and retail replenishment

A branded delivery your customer remembers

Local delivery is the only part of fulfillment your customer actually watches happen. Our drivers deliver in company vehicles, follow your handling instructions, and can perform white-glove touches a parcel driver never will — placement inside a door, packaging removal, or a photo confirmation of exactly where the order was left.

For subscription, meal, beverage, plant, furniture and other locally concentrated categories, that difference shows up directly in retention and in the volume of "where is my order" tickets your support team never has to answer.

  • Photo proof of delivery and signature capture on every stop
  • Special handling instructions honored per order
  • Cold-chain and upright-only handling supported on request
  • Live tracking link branded with your store name

Coverage and how it fits with parcel

Our fleet covers Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Riverside, San Bernardino, Long Beach and the surrounding metro. Anything outside the fleet radius automatically rate-shops across our parcel mix, so you never manage two shipping workflows.

The routing decision happens per order inside the WMS: if the destination is in fleet territory and the order meets the cutoff, it goes on a truck; if not, it ships parcel. Your team does nothing differently.

  • Los Angeles and Orange County metro
  • Inland Empire, Riverside and San Bernardino
  • Long Beach, South Bay and port-adjacent cities
  • Automatic fallback to rate-shopped parcel outside the fleet radius
