How the pick path is built
Orders are grouped into waves by profile: single-line orders go to batch pick carts, multi-line orders route through a zone path, and oversized or fragile items are handled at dedicated stations. The WMS builds the shortest viable path through the racks for each wave.
Slotting is reviewed continuously against velocity data, so a product that starts selling ten times faster after a viral video is physically moved closer to pack stations within days, not next quarter.

Packing rules you control
Packaging is defined per SKU and per order condition: which mailer or carton, which void fill, which insert, whether a gift message prints, and whether a sample is added above a value threshold. Packers see the rule on screen rather than being expected to remember it.
Dimensional weight is optimized at the same time — choosing the smallest compliant package is one of the fastest ways to cut shipping spend without touching service levels.
Quality control that catches errors before customers do
Each sealed carton is weighed and compared against its expected weight from the SKU master. A missing item, an extra item or the wrong variant produces a weight variance that stops the parcel at the station.
Errors that do escape are photographed, root-caused to a scan event and reported to you with the corrective action, rather than quietly credited and forgotten.
