Cartons are scanned against the ASN, counted, inspected for damage and put away to mapped bin locations, so inventory is sellable rather than sitting on a receiving lane. Secure caged storage is available for high-value SKUs, and lot and expiration tracking with FEFO rotation is available for products that need it.
Outbound work is barcode-guided end to end. Pickers are directed by the WMS, packing stations apply your packaging and insert rules per SKU, and a weight and contents check runs before the carton is sealed. Appointments are scheduled so an operations lead can walk you through receiving, storage, pick paths, packing and the dock rather than handing you a slide deck. Inbound freight, containers and small-parcel replenishment should all be booked in advance so a dock door and labor are reserved.
