Orders are batch-picked and packed according to the supplied shipment details, with checks that help reduce manual handling and the risk of mix-ups.

Picked items are verified, then each package is matched with its correct prepaid label.

How Whatnot shipping works: Whatnot Smart Bundling determines eligible shipment groups, and we process orders according to the shipment details provided. Whatnot generally uses Whatnot-generated labels; Bring Your Own Label is available only to approved sellers. Whatnot requires shipment confirmation within two business days, and a drop-off scan is needed for an order to count as shipped.
During onboarding, we confirm how order data is transferred, how Whatnot prepaid labels are handled, who coordinates carrier handoff, and who is responsible for shipment confirmation. The operating schedule is planned around Whatnot’s shipping timeline. Printing a label alone does not confirm that a shipment has been handed off.
