Medical device fulfillment is documentation as much as logistics. Fulfillment EZ handles non-sterile devices and accessories with serial and lot traceability, documented handling procedures, controlled storage and auditable records from receipt through delivery.
- Serial, UDI and lot traceability per unit
- Documented, repeatable handling procedures
- Secure and controlled storage areas
- Full chain-of-custody records for audits
Traceability and audit readiness
Device distribution requires knowing exactly which unit, from which lot, went to which customer, on which date, and being able to produce that record on request. Retrofitting it after a field action is not possible.
Handling also has to be consistent and documented. Ad hoc processes that vary by who is on shift are precisely what an audit exposes.
- Unit-level traceability for field actions
- Documented procedures rather than tribal knowledge
- Controlled storage conditions and access
- Auditable records across the full chain of custody
How we fulfill device companies
Serial numbers, UDI data and lot codes are captured at receiving and at pick, producing a permanent unit-level record tied to the order. Standard operating procedures for each client are documented and followed identically across shifts.
Storage is access-controlled with defined conditions, and all movements, adjustments and counts are logged with timestamp and operator so a chain-of-custody record can be produced on demand.
- UDI, serial and lot capture at inbound and outbound
- Client-specific documented SOPs
- Access-controlled storage with condition monitoring
- Timestamped, operator-attributed movement logs
Built for direct-to-consumer device brands
We're a DTC fulfillment company, so device brands ship directly to patients and consumers with the same serial, lot and documentation controls applied to every parcel. Direct orders pick, pack and ship same day from a single Southern California node.
Returns are handled under controlled procedures with quarantine, inspection and documented disposition rather than being restocked by default.
